The hotel offers incredible rooms with large canopied beds and nice bathrooms, even though they are a bit smaller than average. The redecoration was noticeable with a few finishing touches needed. The service was attentive, helpful, prompt in resolving concerns, and very nice. The location was excellent, right in the heart of downtown Munich, close to historical sites and the central station. The dining experience had a good selection of food but was on the expensive side. Overall, a great place to stay with some minor drawbacks.
